PCG Asset Management is looking to expand its senior cleantech investment team in conjunction with raising its second private equity fund focused on the cleantech investment space. The Cleantech Department is seeking a senior investment professional with significant investment due diligence, structuring, and negotiation experience to join the senior investment team managing the direct investment activities of the new fund.

• Sourcing mid- to late-stage private equity investments in cleantech companies located primarily in the United States and Europe
• Playing a central role in managing investment due diligence and deal structuring
• Working with the senior cleantech investment team to develop investment strategies
• Managing junior personnel
• Contributing to strategic initiatives of the firms Cleantech Group
• Assisting in the capital raising for the new fund

• 10-15 years of private equity investing or related experience
• Verifiable private equity fund investment experience and track record
• Direct deal experience in the energy or related industries
• Direct deal experience in the clean technology is not required for this position
• Strong network among private equity investors
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Team player willing to work in a collaborative environment
• Undergraduate degree from a top tier school; MBA degree from a top tier school preferred
