Job Description

PCG International has an opening for an Analyst:

  • Conducting original research on international private equity markets and international public capital markets, including:
    • Research on countries
    • Review of regional economic trends and political environments
    • Developing a deep understanding of the key players in select international PE/VC markets
  • Actively participate and support senior team members in the review and execution of investment opportunities. The Analyst would:
    • Identify and analyze potential investment opportunities
    • Assist with the investment proposal process for investments, including initial investment screening
    • Participate and/or prepare financial models of transactions being considered
    • Coordinate and prepare transaction documentation
    • Prepare and participate in the investment committee process
    • Participate in business, legal and financial due diligence
    • Supervise and/or prepare quarterly valuation reports
Qualifications
  • 1-4 years of professional experience
  • Bachelor's degree from a top-tier school
  • Demonstrated experience in financial statement analysis, valuation techniques and financial modeling
  • Strong interest in PE/VC investing
  • Strong project management and execution skills and an ability to meet challenging deadlines in a transaction-oriented environment
  • Willingness to travel frequently (domestically and internationally)
  • Foreign language fluency preferred but not required
